I simply said that, "In 2001, after the Enron scandal, economists warned us that the tech bubble would burst, and indeed it did. In recent years, we've heard the same things about the housing bubble, and indeed it is happening."
I went on to warn that, "There is another bubble that is about to burst. Just as the stock market is correcting itself, so is God correcting the wrong in the Church. The church bubble has burst!"
Today, the WSJ says, "Churches Find End Is Nigh. The Number of Religious Facilities Unable to Pay Their Mortgage Is Surging. The past few years have seen a rapid acceleration in the number of churches losing their sanctuaries because they can't pay the mortgage." Read WSJ article
